RETURN POLICY.

If unsuitable items purchased ONLINE or by PHONE ORDER and paid for using a credit card or by paypal they can be returned for a FULL refund of the price paid (excluding postage) WITHIN 7 DAYS as long as the garment is unworn with the tickets still attached. If you are planning on returning a garment please contact our shop before returning the garment so that we know to expect it back. If you are purchasing clothing in our shop please choose carefully as unless pre-arranged we do not refund. If you purchase a garment using AFTERPAY you are welcome to return it (within 7 days) as long as it has the labels attached and is unworn BUT a 6% fee will be deducted from the purchase price to cover the fee that Afterpay charge us. You can however exchange goods to the full value. MISTAKES. As our garments are added manually to this website occasionally mistakes are made. If the garment that you purchase has been priced at a lower price than intended we will notify you and you will be offered the garment at the price that it was supposed to be listed at. If you do not wish to pay that price we will happily refund the money that you have paid. Sometimes garments may have been sold and have not been removed before you purchase them (this is rare but may occur). If this happens we will attempt to get the garment for you but if we are unable to we will refund your money. Occasionally a garment may have been sold either in our shop or online before we have a chance to remove it from the website - in that case we will do our best to either have the garment made or order it in. If we are unable to get the garment for you we will refund any money paid. FREIGHT: We prefer to send our parcels with Australia Post. Please advise if there is a place where the parcel can be left if no one is home. OVERSEAS FREIGHT: Our freight charges are set as a standard rate in Australia. If you are ordering from overseas freight charges will be more, so please contact our shop first if paying by paypal or direct deposit. OVERSEAS PAYMENT: We can only accept payment by paypal or direct deposit for overseas purchases. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:  Delivery to addresses where goods have been purchased using a credit card can only be delivered to a street address unless previously arranged with our shop staff.
